1. The Vanstone Rewards App is promoted by Alanshire Ltd trading as Vanstone Park Garden Centre. Registered Offices: Vanstone Park Garden Centre, Hitchin Road, Codicote, Hertfordshire, SG48TH Company Reg: 1241928

2. Members are only permitted to hold one Vanstone Park account. We value the integrity of our application and aim to maintain a fair and inclusive environment for all participants. Therefore, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including the banning of individuals, who are found to have set up or are using multiple accounts to manipulate or exploit the system. Such actions may result in the forfeiture of any benefits or privileges associated with the accounts in question. We encourage all participants to use their account responsibly and in accordance with the terms and conditions.

3. The Vanstone Park App can only be used by the member who is named and registered on the app account. Vanstone Park Garden Centre may refuse an application for any reason and reserve the right to merge or close additional accounts at any time. You must keep us informed of any changes to your personal or membership details. We will not be responsible for any loss of vouchers or benefits resulting from details being out of date or inaccurate. We may, at our discretion, decline to issue, withdraw, or remove member vouchers, or invitations on the app at any time where a member appears to have breached the terms, or behaved in an inappropriate, misleading or abusive manner.

4. Vouchers can only be redeemed by the named member of Vanstone Park.

5. Vanstone Park is open to individuals only and is not available to members of a group or club. Offers are not transferable or resaleable.

6. Vanstone Park vouchers or coupons are valid only for the dates specified and will not be valid after this date.

7. All products and services featured as part of Vanstone Park are subject to availability and prices in store may vary.

8. Vouchers or offers are not exchangeable for cash or gift vouchers and can only be used as explained on the voucher.

9. Promotional coupons or offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer in-store unless otherwise stated and can only be used on the products stated, even where alternative products have the equivalent value.

10. Particular rewards or offers may have their own particular terms & conditions. By taking up any such offer, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

11. Vanstone Park Garden Centre reserves the right to cancel Vanstone Park and any benefits attributed to it at any time, by giving 3 months’ notice. In respect of any unused offers, Vanstone Park Garden Centre will honour these offers in conjunction with the expiry date of that individual offer.

12. Vanstone Park Garden Centre reserves the right to substitute offers or rewards in the event of circumstances outside its control.

13. Vanstone Park Garden Centre reserves the right to vary the level/value of offers or benefits at any time and without notification.

14. If no transaction occurs in any 12-month period, we may terminate your account at our discretion.

15. Vanstone Park Garden Centre cannot be held responsible for any loss of vouchers incurred because of out-of-date details or for delayed or undeliverable mail, e-mail, or SMS.

16. Vanstone Park Garden Centre is not responsible for any errors resulting from fraudulent use of the app or the inability to receive or redeem vouchers.

17. Nothing in the terms & conditions shall limit or exclude Vanstone Park Garden Centre’s liability or for any other liability the exclusion or limitation of which is not permitted by law (nothing in the Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights).

18. Vanstone Park Garden Centre is committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is collected and processed only in accordance with the administration of Vanstone Park and to contact you for the purpose as described in this application.

In Store Purchases

All our prices are shown inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of delivery charges.

We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, up to and including the point of transaction.

Returns Policy

• You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date on the receipt.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, with tags and with proof of purchase.
• Returned items may be exchanged for an alternative item or for a credit note, to be used against future purchases.
• We do not offer an exchange or credit note on selected earrings and jewellery.
• Any returns from delivered products must be returned to store before reimbursement.
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Hardy Plant Guarantee

All of our hardy plants (non-tender shrubs & perennials) come with a 2-year guarantee, subject to following the proper care required for each plant type. This guarantee does not include bulbs, bedding plants, vegetables and seeds or plants purchased from clearance areas. We cannot be held accountable for plants that die due to lack of watering, unseasonal weather conditions, such as extreme weather, and also airborne pests and disease. If proper care of the plant/s is carried out, any plant/s that die within 2 years of purchase will be replaced at the same size and quantity as at the original purchase, or we will issue a full refund. This depends upon proof of purchase with a valid till receipt and return of the plant/s in question.

Deliveries

Certain items purchased in store, may be available for delivery. This can be ascertained by enquiring with a member of our team. All goods must be paid for before delivery arrangements are processed. All delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. We are unable to deliver Flo Gas.
