Plant Guarantee

All of our hardy plants (non-tender shrubs & perennials) come with a 2-year guarantee, subject to following the proper care required for each plant type.

This guarantee does not include bulbs, bedding plants, vegetables and seeds or plants purchased from clearance areas.

We cannot be held accountable for plants that die due to lack of watering, unseasonal weather conditions, such as extreme weather, and also airborne pests and disease.

If proper care of the plant/s is carried out, any plant/s that die within 2 years of purchase will be replaced at the same size and quantity as at the original purchase, or we will issue a full refund.

This depends upon proof of purchase with a valid till receipt and return of the plant/s in question.
